OPIS
The machine is designed so that, under sterile conditions, the egg mass can be transferred into aseptic BagInBox bags e.g. straight from the M-350 Pasteurizer after the pasteurization process. The bags can be filled with egg mass, juices, concentrated juices or water. After the bagging operation, the machine’s pipes and pump can be washed through a pre-programmed cleaning cycle.
