|Compressed air is required. Recommended amount of eggs per day: 16 000. If eggs are of inferior quality and yolks from whites separation is intended, the eggs should be cooled to the temperature of below 14 degrees Celsius [57 degrees Fahrenheit] prior to breaking. We recommend a simple egg quality test. All parts of our machines which come in contact with eggs are made out of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304).|

The egg breaker imitates the work of human hands with the use of special pneumatic holders. It breaks the eggs using a special knife. Next, the eggs, after going through a quality control tray, go through a separator, where egg whites are separated from yolks. This most hygienic egg breaking method is an innovation by OVO-TECH.
The RZ-0 egg breaker has two operating modes: precise and regular, and functions for cleaning the pneumatic system.
The machine automatically collects eggs from the feeder tray.
The machine can be used in two ways:
1. Breaking eggs with the egg whites from yolks separation where whites and yolks are directed into separated buckets.
2. Breaking eggs without separation where whites and yolks are directed into the same bucket.
