Washing the machine with the use of pressure washer is prohibited. All parts of our machines which come in contact with eggs are made out of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304).

The UDTJ-10 is semi-automatic. The machine consists of a housing, drive unit, tank, hopper and two sieves: internal and external. It has a work cycle of 210 eggs. Shells should be removed after every 210 eggs, after which breaking can be continued. The machine is simple to use and clean. All elements are made of stainless steel. i.e.

The UDTJ-10 egg centrifuge is a semi-automatic centrifugal egg cracker. It produces fresh egg liquid. The UDTJ-10 egg centrifuge uses ball bearings.
