ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
During first start the washer uses 180 liters [48 gallons] of water. During operation in water saving mode the machine uses 210 liters [55 gallons] of water per 8 hours. Around 150-200 grams [0.33-0.44 lbs] of detergent should be put in the machine after filling with water and after every water change. The machine must operate in a room with mechanical ventilation. Operating temperature: 10-30 degrees Celsius [50-86 degrees Fahrenheit]. The use of a closed water circuit allows for optimal water economy and minimizes costs. All parts of our machines which come in contact with eggs are made out of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304).

DESCRIPTION

The MT-8 washes the eggs in a 3D fashion thanks to the use of specially designed rotating brushes which clean all of the eggs’ surfaces. This allows for an exceptional level of cleanliness. First, the eggs are fed into the machine with the use of an integrated belt feeder. There, thanks to the use of specially profiled rollers, the eggs are rotated along their axis, while specially designed brushes wash the eggs at every angle, which results in a 3D washing effect. After washing, the eggs are transported into a drying section, where they are dried by a stream of warm air.

Washing section of MT-8 egg washer consists of two oppositely rotating brushes per each egg row.

The MT-8 egg washer machine has four brushes.

It cleans evidently dirty eggs with the use of special brushes. The MT-8 washes the eggs in a 3D fashion thanks to the use of specially designed rotating brushes which generally clean all of the eggs’ surfaces. This allows for an exceptional level of cleanliness. After washing, eggs are dried with the use of fans which finally results in perfectly clean and dry eggs which can then be used for further processing.
