| Eggs should be washed prior to disinfection. The use of damaged eggs is not recommended. UV lamps life cycle is around 10 000 hours. All parts of our machines which come in contact with eggs are made out of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304). | |

DESCRIPTION
The disinfector emits UV-C light with the cumulative power of 1900 Watts, which acts on the eggshells and disinfects them by killing 100% of bacteria, including Salmonella. The UV-C machine is made entirely of stainless steel and materials intended for contact with food. The device is adapted for use with the MX-6 tunnel washer. Because of this, it is possible to configure an entire egg processing line (washing, disinfecting, breaking). After the first tests we carried out, a study has been conducted, which showed 100% effectiveness in bacterial killing. We encourage you to read the following results: study results.
