We design and manufacture equipment in Starachowice, Poland, providing complete solutions for confectioneries, bakeries, pasta makers, and egg and egg liquid producers.

Our portfolio includes egg breakers with yolk and white separation, egg liquid centrifuges, washers, UV-C disinfection systems, filters, and pasteurization equipment. How long have we been operating?

OVO-TECH has been operating continuously since 2003, when Piotr Drapejkowski founded the company in Starachowice. From a small workshop, a brand has grown into one of the globally recognized leaders in industrial egg processing.

For over two decades, we have continually expanded our product range, modernized key models (including the MX-1 series of egg washers), and introduced new equipment, such as shell oiling systems. Today, our machines are present in plants on every continent, and we regularly expand our portfolio with new solutions for the food industry.

Where are OVO-TECH machines manufactured, and do they have the required certifications?
Our machines are manufactured in our factory in Starachowice, Poland, in accordance with stringent European standards. We also hold the prestigious American NSF safety certification, guaranteeing fully legal and safe contact of steel with food.
What materials are the machines made of?
All components in direct contact with eggs are constructed of the highest quality AISI 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301 standard). This material is resistant to high temperatures, allowing for safe cleaning and sterilization in industrial dishwashers.
What is the company's range of operations and do you ship globally?
OVO-TECH is a global brand – our machines are already operating in 120 countries on every continent. We have a design office in Poland and a large logistics center near Chicago, USA, allowing for rapid distribution and technical support worldwide.
What technical connections are required for installation?
The devices require a standard electrical power supply (110V, 230V, or 400V, depending on the model). For washers and CIP systems, access to a water system and floor drains (grates) for wastewater disposal is essential.
Is the machine installation process complicated?
Commissioning our devices is extremely simple. Often, online support and our detailed video instructions are sufficient, allowing customers to prepare the machine for operation on-site.
How is daily hygiene maintenance carried out?
Hygiene is our priority. We have placed QR codes on the housings of selected models, which, when scanned, lead to instructional videos in four languages, demonstrating the cleaning process step-by-step.
How does OVO-TECH service work in the event of a breakdown?
We use a modular design. In the event of a breakdown, we ship a ready-made module that can be easily replaced by a maintenance technician, eliminating the risk of lengthy production downtime.
Do the machines require specialized external service?
You can perform most routine maintenance and simple repairs yourself thanks to the intuitive design of the equipment and the support of our engineers.
What are the operational benefits of implementing OVO-TECH machines?
