Product description
The RX-0 Egg Breaker utilizes a gravity-roller feeder to smoothly transport eggs into the breaking section. Its impressive productivity is driven by an innovative rotary breaking mechanism designed for maximum efficiency.
Cracking the eggshells with specially shaped knives, the machine perfectly mimics the gentle precision of human hands. This ultra-hygienic egg-breaking method is an exclusive OVO-TECH innovation.
Key features of the processing cycle.
Quality Control & Separation: The broken eggs then flow through a specially designed compact controller for additional quality control. After flowing through the controller, the eggs go to the separator, where the yolks are separated from the whites.
Effortless Cleaning: After operation, the unit can be thoroughly and quickly washed using its integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system.
Built to meet strict global food safety standards, the entire machine is constructed from premium INOX EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel, guaranteeing long-lasting durability.
